What to Bring: Mat, Towel, Water Bottle, Free weights that you are comfortable working with or resistance bands (if you have them)

Come check out a fun combination of classes - kickboxing & strength training! This is a great way to get your heart rate up and build strong muscles! Alicia Bercury will be instructing this class (also instructs the community strength series).

Class will consist of 30 minutes of Kickboxing intervals followed by 30 minutes of basic strength training. Kickboxing intervals will be combinations of punches, kicks, and cardio drills. Strength training will include basic moves to strengthen the lower and upper body and the core.
This is a complimentary trial class provided by the Tower Hill Institute.
