Step Into Wellness Month: Walk & Fuel Kick Off

Start Wellness Month on the right foot—literally! Join us for a refreshing group walk through the community followed by a fun and flavorful nutrition demo.
We'll return from our walk to learn how to build a protein-packed parfait that's perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a healthy dessert. Build your own delicious parfait to enjoy after your walk.
You'll leave feeling energized and inspired, with new wellness goals and resources to support you all month long. This will be the perfect way to kick off our September Wellness Month!
This event is complimentary, provided by The Institute. This is open to all fitness levels. Recipe cards included!
We will meet at the Clubhouse for our community 2-mile walk. Then we will head back to build protein packed parfaits.
