We'll begin the morning with a scenic 2-mile community walk, enjoying the fresh air while connecting with neighbors. After the walk, join Lifestyle Manager and Health Coach, Christi Davis, for an engaging wellness discussion focused on how small, consistent choices can have a lasting impact on your health.
Then, visit our Smoothie Tasting Bar featuring two delicious, nutrient-packed recipes:
