Alicia Bercury will be taking you through this strength series. This class will be held in the Flex room at the clubhouse.
This Friday 6:45 AM class is being held on a trial basis. There is no guarantee this series will be ongoing. We also ask that you continue with the 7:30 am class if you are already registered for that session. This will help with avoiding confusion on the back-end. We are looking to offer this so others that have not been able to try this class, will have the opportunity. We are unable to switch times but if we offer this as another series, you can decide the best time that works for you moving forward.
Classes will be on Friday's from 6:45 am - 7:30 am starting April 17th through May 22nd.
Cost: $60.00 (for 6 sessions)
Attendee must sign up for the entire 6-week session and pay in advance. This class is non-refundable. Maximum number of attendees is 15 people.

Registration ends April 16th at 11:59 pm.
*In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
