Injury Prevention for an Active Lifestyle with Right Balance Pilates - Physical Therapist & Instructor
Wednesday, October 21 | 5:00 PM
Staying active is one of the best things you can do for your health—but knowing how to move safely can help keep you doing the activities you love for years to come.
Join Eileen Kane of Right Balance Pilates, a physical therapist and Pilates instructor, for an interactive session focused on preventing common injuries, strains and sprains while maintaining an active lifestyle.
Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and be prepared to move as Eileen shares practical techniques to help improve body awareness, movement and injury prevention. She’ll also discuss ways to reduce the risk of re-aggravating old injuries and help you better understand when your body may be telling you to modify your activity.
Bring your questions! This is a great opportunity to learn from a physical therapist while picking up practical strategies you can incorporate into your everyday activities, workouts and favorite recreational pursuits.
What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, yoga mat (just in case - we have some in the room as well) and your questions.
Location: Tower Hill Clubhouse - Flex Room
Date: Wednesday, October 21st at 5:00 pm
Able to accommodate 15 participants for this class.
This is a complimentary program provided by The Institute.
Please contact Christi Davis, Lifestyle Manager at [email protected] with any questions or to be added to the wait list.
