Kickboxing and Strength Series with Alicia Bercury

Location: Flex Room at the Clubhouse
What to Bring: Mat, Towel, Water Bottle, Free weights that you are comfortable working with or resistance bands (if you have them). There are extra weights and mats at the Clubhouse as well.
Cost: $60 for the 6 sessions.
Come check out our 1st fitness series (6 classes in the series) of kickboxing & strength training! This is a great way to get your heart rate up and build strong muscles! Alicia Bercury will be instructing this class (also instructs the community strength series).
Class will consist of 30 minutes of Kickboxing intervals followed by 30 minutes of basic strength training. Kickboxing intervals will be combinations of punches, kicks, and cardio drills. Strength training will include basic moves to strengthen the lower and upper body and the core.
Classes for this series will be held on the following dates (Monday's at 6:00 pm):

*No class on 2/17 due to holiday.
No refunds can be issued for this series.
Registration ends February 2nd at 11:59 pm.
*In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
