Join us for Boxilates, an energizing 45-minute workout that combines the power of rhythmic boxing with the strength-building benefits of Pilates and barre-inspired mat exercises. This full-body class is designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and endurance—all while having fun!
Using light hand weights and boxing-inspired movements, you'll move through a series of low-impact, high-energy exercises that challenge both your body and mind. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve your core, or simply shake up your fitness routine, Boxilates offers a supportive and motivating workout for all fitness levels.
What to Expect:
🥊 Rhythmic boxing movements to elevate your heart rate
💪 Pilates and barre-inspired exercises to strengthen and tone

What to Bring:
Yoga or fitness mat
Water bottle
Bala Bangles (optional, if you own them)
Wear: Bare feet, sneakers, or grip socks—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Cost: $15 per person
Minimum Registration: 10 participants
Maximum Registration: 16 participants
