Join Alicia Bercury for a Restore Stretching class - aka the Melt Method.

The MELT Method (Myofascial Energetic Lengthening Technique) is a self-care practice designed to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve mobility and balance by hydrating the connective tissue and calming the nervous system. Using soft rollers and small balls, it targets areas of tension and restriction in the body, helping to restore the body's natural alignment and ease of movement. It’s often used as a complementary approach to fitness, recovery, and stress management.

It's recommended to bring a yoga mat and water for this class.

Cost: $5 per person. Future monthly pricing will vary.
