Sound Healing

FreeJoin sound healer Julie Fisher for a passive meditation using sound. With a collection of instruments including singing bowls, a gong, chimes, a drum, and her voice, you will easily relax into a meditative state – typically 5 to 10 minutes after the sounds begins. Whether you are seeking a peaceful escape or are on a wellness journey, this is an experience for you. Attendees should bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to be comfortable.
