Location: Outdoor Fitness Zone (East Side of the Community)
Take your workout outdoors and experience Tower Hill's new Fitness Zone in this exciting four-part fitness series led by resident favorite Alicia Bercury Fitness.
Designed to challenge and energize participants of all fitness levels, The Training Ground combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movement using the community's outdoor fitness equipment, along with kettlebells, battle ropes, bodyweight exercises, and more.
Each session delivers a full-body workout that helps improve strength, endurance, balance, and overall fitness while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and outdoor movement. Alicia's motivating coaching style and creative programming ensure that no two workouts are exactly alike, keeping participants engaged, challenged, and having fun throughout the series.
What to Expect:
Full-body strength training
Cardio intervals to improve endurance and stamina
Functional fitness movements that support everyday activities
Creative use of the community's outdoor fitness equipment
Kettlebells, ropes, and bodyweight exercises
Modifications and progressions for a variety of fitness levels

Classes will be on Thursday's from 7:00 am - 8:00 am starting August 6th - August 27th.
Cost: $40.00 (for 4 sessions) Attendee must sign up for the entire 4-week session and pay in advance. This class is non-refundable. Maximum number of attendees is 12 people.

Registration ends August 5th at 11:59 pm.
*In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
