This will be our 4th strength training series. Embark on a transformative journey to unlock your full potential with our 6-part Strength Training Series. You'll delve into dynamic workouts targeting different muscle groups, mastering proper form and technique along the way. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym enthusiast, this series offers something for everyone, providing a supportive environment for growth and achievement. Join us and elevate your fitness journey to new heights.

Alicia Bercury with Alicia Bercury Fitness will be taking you through this introductory series. This class will primarily be held in the Flex room at the clubhouse. There may be times the class may head over to the fitness gym as well.

Classes will be on Friday's from 7:30 am - 8:30 am.
Cost: $60.00 (for 6 sessions)
Attendee must sign up for the entire 6-week session and pay in advance. This class is non-refundable. Maximum number of attendees is 12 people.

Registration is open to friends & family for this strength training series.

What to bring:
- mat
- water bottle
- varied free weights/dumbbells/fitness bands
- towel

Registration ends September 5th at 11:59 pm.
*In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
