Tower Hill Strength Training Tuesday Mini 3-Part Series September 2nd to September 16th

Due to the popularity of our 6 week strength training series, we are offering a 2nd weekly series on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am to gauge interest. You'll delve into dynamic workouts targeting different muscle groups, mastering proper form and technique along the way. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym enthusiast, this series offers something for everyone, providing a supportive environment for growth and achievement. Join us and elevate your fitness journey to new heights.
Alicia Bercury with Alicia Bercury Fitness will be taking you through this strength series. This class will primarily be held in the Flex room at the clubhouse.
Classes will be on Tuesday's from 7:30 am - 8:30 am starting September 2nd to September 16th.
Cost: $30.00 (for 3 sessions)
Attendee must sign up for the entire 3-week session and pay in advance. This class is non-refundable. Maximum number of attendees is 14 people.

Registration ends September 1st at 11:59 pm.
*In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
