This class will cover the fundamentals of stretching, including the differences between static, dynamic, and other stretching techniques. Participants will learn why flexibility is important at any age and how proper stretching can help prevent injury and support an active lifestyle. We'll introduce helpful tools and programs like Stretch360 to enhance your routine. The session will also highlight how Aquacare Physical Therapy can help you safely achieve your mobility and wellness goals.
Amanda Adkins, MPT, MBA, is the Chief Strategy Officer at Aquacare Physical Therapy, where she leads program development, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives. With over 17 years of experience in clinical operations and performance improvement, she has helped launch impactful services like the PT PLUS mobile outpatient program. Amanda holds advanced degrees in physical therapy and healthcare management and is passionate about giving patients the tools to prevent musculoskeletal injury, stay active, and live healthier lives through accessible, high-quality care.
