Power Up with Protein, Strength & Nutrition Cooking Demo

FreeJoin Alicia Bercury (Fitness Expert) and Christi Davis (Health Coach) on a quest to power up with protein and the importance of strength training. Christi will be providing a cooking demo of a simple “power protein bowl” that you can spin into several different meals. Gain a better understanding of how much protein you should be consuming on a daily basis to help keep your bones and muscles healthy. Alicia will be speaking about the role strength training plays into long-term health and tips on how to start and make it part of your lifestyle. Food tastings and light refreshments will be provided. This class will be held at the Lewes Loft model home.
