YOGA 6 Week Series – October 22nd – December 10th

This series 6-week Yoga series with Laura Michnnya from Blue Tail Yoga will encompass gentle yoga postures to stretch and strengthen with some mat Pilates exercises mixed in for core strength and stability. She will lead this series in the flex room of the clubhouse. This class meets on Wednesdays at 9:30 am. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Price: $60.00 for 6 classes. Attendees must sign up for the entire six-week session and pay in advance. This class is non-refundable. Maximum number of attendees is 15 people. Note: No class on 11/26 & 12/3.

Registration ends October 21st at 11:59 pm.
*A minimum of 8 registrants will be required for this series to take place. If we do not fill the required attendance, the series will be cancelled. In the event of cancelling the series, you will not be charged for this series.
**In the event that life happens, and an instructor has to cancel for an emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.
Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you will receive an email notification prior to the class start time or at the time of cancellation. Please be sure and check email prior to class start time.
