Mindful Beginnings: Introduction to Meditation & It’s Benefits

Maybe you have been wanting to give meditation a try and unsure of where to start?
This class will not only show you how to begin but provide the long-term benefits of incorporating it into your routine. This is a breathwork & meditation for beginners (encourage experienced individuals to attend too). The first half of this class, Jenny Lind from Infinite Wellco will be providing a talk about the “how to”, the benefits of breathwork & meditation, along with tips for incorporating it into your life. The second half of the class will be a 30-minute guided session.
This session will be $10/per person and is open to friends and family.
